Bond, U.S. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary; and the keynote address was given by Navy Admiral Alvin Holsey, Commander of U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM). Closing remarks were provided by His Worship, Alderman Chinua Alleyne, Mayor of Port-of-Spain.
